Obsessive-compulsive disorders Prozac can also help with reducing the anxiety contributing to the obsessive-compulsive behaviors and thus can be used to manage the OCDs.

So, Prozac can be used for mood enhancement and management of mild agitation and anxiety. Substance abuse Prozac can also help with smoking cessation and in the treatment of alcohol abuse.
