Patient was educated on symptoms of hypotension as follows:

1. Altered level of conscious
2. Dizziness
3. Frequent falls
4. Reduced concentration
5. Feeling low and fatigued
6. Frequent blackouts
7. Blurred vision
8. Cold and clammy skin
9. Rapid, shallow breathing
