Patient was educated on structure of heart as follows:

1. The human heart is divided into four chambers. It has two chambers on the right and two chambers on the left.
2. The two chambers on the right comprise the right heart and the two chambers on the left comprise the left heart.
3. Upper chambers on either side are called atria (right atrium and left atrium).
4. Lower chambers on either side are called ventricles (right ventricle and left ventricle).
5. Upper chambers on either side, both atria, receive blood into the heart and lower chambers on either side, both ventricles, pump blood out of the heart.
