Patient was educated to adopt following stress management strategies:

  1. Eating a healthy diet.
  2. Snacking on vegetables rich in fiber instead of on salty foods.
  3. Getting regular physical exercise by incorporating at least 30 minutes’ exercise schedule in daily routine.
  4. Having regular sleep time with at least 7 to 8 hours of good and sound rest.
  5. Practicing relaxation techniques such as deep breathing techniques, practicing yoga, watching a comedy show, or getting a massage.
  6. Taking time for hobbies, such as going for taking trips, volunteering for a good social cause, reading a book, and listening to music.
  7. Establishing good and healthy associations and fostering meaningful relationships.
