Patient was educated to adopt following stress management strategies:
- Eating a healthy diet.
- Snacking on vegetables rich in fiber instead of on salty foods.
- Getting regular physical exercise by incorporating at least 30 minutes’ exercise schedule in daily routine.
- Having regular sleep time with at least 7 to 8 hours of good and sound rest.
- Practicing relaxation techniques such as deep breathing techniques, practicing yoga, watching a comedy show, or getting a massage.
- Taking time for hobbies, such as going for taking trips, volunteering for a good social cause, reading a book, and listening to music.
- Establishing good and healthy associations and fostering meaningful relationships.
