- Canned and dehydrated soups with a low sodium label.
- Fresh and frozen vegetables
- Low sodium canned vegetables and sauces
- Low sodium canned fish and meat.
- Fresh and frozen fruit.
- Low-sodium crackers and breadsticks
- Unsalted popcorn
- Any fresh or frozen beef, lamb, pork, poultry and fish
- Eggs and egg substitutes
