- Vegetable oils and low sodium sauces and salad dressings.
- Homemade soups without added salt.
- Canned and dehydrated soups with a low sodium label.
- Fresh and frozen vegetables.
- Low sodium canned vegetables and sauces.
- Low sodium canned fish and meat.
- Fresh and frozen fruit.
- Low-sodium crackers and breadsticks.
- Unsalted popcorn.
- Any fresh or frozen beef, lamb, pork, poultry and fish.
- Eggs and egg substitutes.
