  1. Vinegar, unsalted butter and cheese.
  2. Vegetable oils and low sodium sauces and salad dressings.
  3. Homemade soups without added salt.
  4. Canned and dehydrated soups with a low sodium label.
  5. Fresh and frozen vegetables.
  6. Low sodium canned vegetables and sauces.
  7. Low sodium canned fish and meat.
  8. Fresh and frozen fruit.
  9. Low-sodium crackers and breadsticks.
  10. Unsalted popcorn.
  11. Any fresh or frozen beef, lamb, pork, poultry and fish.
  12. Eggs and egg substitutes.
