  2. Have an interval of at least three hours between your dinner and sleep time. This helps prevent episodes of acid reflux.
  3. Moderation with caffeinated drinks can help manage your symptoms better and prevent any acute episodes of abdominal pain and burning sensation.
  4. Spicy foods can contribute towards exacerbation of symptoms of peptic ulcers. So, moderation with spicy foods can help with preventing any exacerbation of symptoms of peptic ulcer.
