- If you have any heart conditions and renal function compromise, your doctor might want you to be on a low potassium diet.

- Vegetable juices
- Avocados
- Bananas
- Oranges
- Potatoes
- Prunes
- Spinach
- Sweet potatoes
- Tomatoes
- Brussels sprouts
- Dates
- Try low potassium and moderate potassium foods on your diet such as
- Apples
- Fruits belonging to the berry family such as blue and blackberries, strawberries and raspberries,
- Foods belonging to the vegetable group such as green beans, mushrooms, onions, eggplant, grapes, carrots, cauliflower, cucumbers, pear, and peach.
