Patient/caregiver was instructed upon therapeutic uses of Haldol as follows:

Behavioral disorders

• Haldol, by controlling the excitation and activity of brain, can also contribute to provide relief in children with behavioral disorders, such as, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and anxiety states.

Tourette disorder

• Tourette disorder is a neurodevelopmental disorder, characterized by involuntary, repetitive movements and vocalizations, which are referred to as tics.
• Haldol, by mechanisms not clearly defined, controls these tics and helps with relief in individuals with history of Tourette disorder.
