Patient was instructed to report any of the following findings while taking Aspirin:

  1. Nosebleeds that do not stop even after applying pressure on the site for 5 minutes.
  2. Bleeding from the gums.
  3. Red colored urine reflecting bleeding in the urine.
  4. Fresh blood in the stool, reflecting bleeding per rectum.
  5. Brown black stools, reflecting partially digested blood from the bleeding source up in the stomach or small intestine.
  6. Prolonged menstrual bleed, signifying difficulty to clot due to aspirin use.
  7. Unexplained bruises and ecchymosis on the extremities that sometimes show up overnight.
