Patient was educated on how to use Ketoconazole shampoo as follow:

1. Check for any cuts and lacerations of the skin. Do not use the shampoo, if the scalp skin is irritated or if it has any cuts.
2. Wet your hair thoroughly.
3. Apply the shampoo to your hair.
4. Use your fingers to rub the shampoo until it forms a lather.
5. Leave the lather in for about 3 to 5 minutes, before rinsing the hair off the shampoo with water.
6. Go for a second application of the shampoo, based on your dose recommended.
