- Maintain compliance with regular meal times. Try eating small and multiple meals. Maintain a small snack with you always, in the event of any delay in meal time.
- Have an interval of at least three hours between your dinner and sleep time. This helps prevent episodes of acid reflux.
- Moderation with caffeinated drinks can help manage your symptoms better and prevent any acute episodes of abdominal pain and burning sensation.
- Spicy foods can contribute towards exacerbation of symptoms of peptic ulcers. So, moderation with spicy foods can help with preventing any exacerbation of symptoms of peptic ulcer.
