  4. Having a regular exercise schedule helps manage the stress and anxiety and thereby, offer relief to the symptoms.
  5. Adding probiotics to the diet can improve symptoms of diarrhea.
  6. Maintain compliance with any medications prescribed by the physician to relieve the cramping and diarrhea.
