Cardiovascular side-effects

Closely follow for signs and symptoms of elevated blood pressure, such as, headache, fatigue, nosebleeds, episodes of confusion, diminishing vision, chest pain, palpitations, and pounding in the chest and neck.
- Individuals with history of very rapid heart rate can present with arrhythmias following Spiriva intake. Individuals can present with signs and symptoms of arrhythmias, such as, frequent episodes of fatigue, lightheadedness, near fainting, shortness of breath, chest pain or discomfort, and rapid pounding heartbeat. Report to your physician regarding any of these symptoms for any change in plan of care to be considered.
